[JLPT grammar] かりる means “borrow”, but かりてもらう means “lend”

Today I am going to share the homework correction quoted from my JLPT N3 course!
The student’s sentence is not correct. Can you find the mistake?

[Student’s sentence]

[My correction]

My teacher lent me a book.
(Lit; I asked my teacher to lend me a book.)

(I receive the action, I ask someone to do)

(I asked my teacher to lend me a book)
I borrowed a book from my teacher.

(I receive the action, I ask someone to do)

(I asked my teacher to borrow me a book.)
I lent a book to my teacher.

I hope my explanation helps you. 😊
