〜にしては means “contrary to what is expected from…”
Used when something is unexpected based on a certain standard or situation.
In this sentence, the speaker wants to say that the child is smarter than what people usually expect from someone so young.
That’s why にしては is the correct answer.
Other choices:
のあまり (because of too much ~)
e.g.
心配(しんぱい)のあまり、眠(ねむ)れなかった。
I was so worried that I couldn’t sleep.
でさえ (even)
e.g.
大人(おとな)でさえできないんだから、子供(こども)には無理(むり)だよ。
Even adults can’t do it, children can’t.
からして (judging from; even from)
e.g.
このレストランは、食器(しょっき)からして高級(こうきゅう)だ。
Even the tableware alone tells you this restaurant is expensive.
