Verb masu-form + かけ
= halfway done, not yet finished, in the middle of doing something
食べかけ
= started eating, but not finished yet; a half-eaten piece of bread.
In this sentence, the speaker wants to say:
“This bread is not finished — I was still eating it.”
That’s why you should choose 食べかけ.
Other choices:
食べきり:
completely finished eating, nothing left
食べたふり:
pretending to have eaten (but didn’t actually eat)
食べたばかり:
just finished eating right now
