[Answer]
いつもよく食べる田中さんがあまり食べない(4 ところをみると)、体の具合が悪いのかもしれない。
Seeing that Tanaka-san, who usually eats a lot, isn’t eating much, he might not be feeling well.
〜ところをみると
= “Seeing that…” / “Judging from the fact that…”
We use this when we observe a situation directly and make a judgment or guess based on what we see.
In this sentence:
Fact: Tanaka-san usually eats a lot, but today he isn’t.
Guess: He might be unwell.
That’s why「〜ところをみると」is the best choice.
Other choices:
1 こととなると
= when it comes to (a topic)
2 ことだから
= because it’s (a person) ~, naturally…
3 どころか
= on the contrary / far from
