When you use a na-adjective with a verb, add に before the verb.
na-adjective に + verb
きれい is a na-adjective.
しました is a verb (dictionary form: する).
きれいに + する
きれいにしました = “made it clean” / “cleaned it”
So, きれいに is the best choice.
✖ Other choices:
1 きれい
Just the adjective. It cannot be used directly with しました.
3 きれいな
Use な before a noun.
4 きれいで
Te-form used to link clauses.
