[Answer]
山本さんが作る料理は何(2 でも)おいしい。
Any food Yamamoto-san makes is delicious.
The key grammar here is:
Question Word + でも
This pattern means “any~” or “every~” and makes a sentence completely positive.
何 (what) + でも
→ 何でも (anything/whatever)
どこ (where) + でも
→ どこでも (anywhere)
だれ (who) + でも
→ だれでも (anyone)
In this sentence:
It means, “Whatever dish Yamamoto-san cooks, all of it is delicious.(=なんでも)”
That’s why でも is the correct answer.
✖ Other choices:
しか
〜しか is used with a negative verb (〜ない) to mean “only.”
e.g., 百円しかありません。(I only have 100 yen.)
も
何も is used with a negative verb (〜ない) to mean “nothing.”
e.g., 何も食べません。(I won’t eat anything.)
ぐらい
This means “about” or “approximately.”
I hope this explanation helps! 😊
