If you don’t understand something, please ask me.
聞く
= “to ask” or “to listen”
When you ask a person, use the particle に.
Pattern:
[Person] に 聞く= “ask [person]”
→ 私に 聞いてください
= “Please ask me.”
So, the correct answer is に.
Other particles:
を・が・も
→ These don’t fit this sentence.
