[Answer]
I’ll go to bed early tonight, get up early tomorrow, and study.
(Literal nuance: I will decide to study.)
= to decide to do ~
〜ことにしよう is the volitional form of 〜ことにする.
= “Let’s decide to ~” / “I’ll decide to ~”
In this sentence:
And then…
This is the speaker making their own decision for the future.
(I’ll decide to study tomorrow morning.)
So, することにしよう is the best choice.
✖︎ Other Choices:
= “I almost did ~”
This is used for something that almost happened.
It does not fit a future plan.
= “So that’s why ~” / “No wonder ~”
This shows a reason or conclusion.
It does not mean “to decide.”
= “I should have done ~”
This shows regret about the past.
It does not fit tomorrow’s plan.
= I should have studied more.
