〜を見(み)ます

I see/look/watch …

〜が見(み)えます

… is visible, I can see…(Lit; it can be seen)

 

Example:

テレビでアニメを見ます。

I watch anime on TV.

メガネをかけると、よく見えます。

I can see better when I wear glasses.
