→その料理がどのくらい辛いかわかりません。
I don’t know how spicy that dish is.

 

〜かどうか is not used with [question word+か].
Your sentence has どのくらい(question word), so 〜かどうか is not used.

◎その料理が辛いかどうかわかりません。
(no question word)

◎その料理がどのくらい辛いかわかりません。
(question word＝どのくらい)

×その料理がどのくらい辛いかどうかわかりません。
(question word＝どのくらい)
