こんにちは、ちか先生です。
Konnichiwa, it’s Chika Sensei.

[Answer]
今年の夏は、暑い(2 どころか)とてもすずしい。
This summer is far from hot; it’s actually very cool.
A どころか B
= “Not A at all; actually B (the opposite).”
どころか is used to strongly deny an expectation (A) and emphasize the opposite reality (B).
In this sentence:
Expectation (A): Summer is hot (夏は暑い).
Reality (B): It’s very cool (とてもすずしい).
So, どころか is the best choice.
✖ Other choices:
1 に反して:
“contrary to ~”.
It must be used after a noun.
It cannot follow an i-adjective such as 暑い.
3 にもかかわらず:
“despite ~” or “even though ~”.
4 にしては:
“for ~” or “considering ~”.
I hope this explanation helps! 😊
