Today I am going to share the Q&A quoted from my JLPT N3 course!
Sensei, for this sentence, can we replace っぽく with ぽい?
No, we can use 「っぽく」, but not 「ぽい」「っぽい」
At first, it needs smallっ with ぽい.
And when it is added before a verb, the conjugation is っぽく.
The conjugation of ～っぽい is the same as i-adjective.
So, if it is followed by a noun or ends in a sentence, we use っぽい.
I hope my answer helps you. 😊
In the JLPT course, you can ask me any questions as much as you want.
I will teach you until you get it!
