[My correction]
この仕事は大変そうに見えますが、がんばれば（3 できないこともない）と思います。
This job looks very difficult, but I think it’s not impossible if you try hard.
できないこともない = “It’s not that I can’t do it”
→ Meaning it’s possible, though difficult.
Since the sentence means “This job is tough, but if you try hard, you can do it,” the correct choice is できないこともない.
[Other Choices]
ならないこともない
→ “It can become ~.” / “It’s not impossible for it to become ~.”
ならないこともある
→ “There are times when it doesn’t become ~.” / “Sometimes, it doesn’t become ~.”
できないこともある
→ “There are times when I can’t do it”
None of these fit the meaning of “not impossible.”
