I asked that person’s name a moment ago, but I already forgot it.
さっき
= a little while ago / just a moment ago
In the sentence, the speaker says:
“もうわすれました (I already forgot).”
This shows that they forgot the name very quickly.
So we need a word that shows the name was asked only a short time ago.
→ That’s why “さっき” is best choice.
Other Choices:
すぐに
= soon / immediately
たくさん
= many / a lot
ちょっと
= a little / slightly
