Konnichiwa, it’s Chika Sensei.
Today, I’m sharing a practice question for JLPT prep.
This one’s for beginners (JLPT N5)!
Can you choose the correct answer?
[Practice Question]

[Answer]
Please put your luggage here.
おく
= to put / to place / to leave (something somewhere)
= “Please do ~” (polite request)
= “Please put it (here).”
So, おいて is the best choice.
✖ Other choices:
= te-form of おきる (to wake up / get up)
= te-form of ねる (to sleep)
= te-form of すう (to smoke / to inhale)
I hope this explanation helps! 😊
