[Answer]
長く座っていたので、足が(2 しびれた)。
I was sitting for a long time, so my legs went numb.
しびれる
= to go numb / to have pins and needles
Sitting for a long time
→ blood flow gets poor
→ your leg goes numb
So, しびれた is the best answer.
✖ Other Choices:
1 こわれた(壊れた)
= “broke”
We use it for things (a phone, a machine).
3 ちぢんだ(縮んだ)
= “shrank”
It means the size became smaller (like clothes).
4 とまった(止まった)
= “stopped”
足が止まる often means “to stop walking” (you stopped moving).
I hope this explanation helps! 😊
