→コーヒーを飲みながら、勉強します。
I study while having a cup of coffee.

To make 〜ながら(while…) grammar, add ながら after verb masu-form.

V masu-form(remove ます)＋ながら
飲み（ます）
飲み＋ながら

e.g.
ポップコーンを食(た)べながら、映画(えいが)を見(み)ました。
I ate popcorn while watching a movie.
食べ（ます）
食べ＋ながら

歩(ある)きながら、話(はな)しましょう。
Let’s talk as we walk.
歩き（ます）
歩き＋ながら

テレビを見ながら、晩(ばん)ごはんを食べます。
I eat dinner while watching TV.
