I don’t understand German at all.
The key point is the end of the sentence:
「わかりません」.
This is a negative form.
ぜんぜん is a special partner that is almost always used with the negative-form.
ぜんぜん + negative form
= “Not at all”
ぜんぜんわかりません
=I don’t understand at all.
So, ぜんぜん is the best choice.

These are usually used with positive sentences.
