My favorite food is ramen.
Pattern:
na-adjective + な + noun
すき is a na-adjective.
When you want to describe a noun (like たべもの), you must add な.
すき na-adjective
食べもの noun
→すき＋な＋食べもの
＝すきな食べもの
So, すきな is the best choice.
Other choices:
すきに
→ Used with verbs.
すきで
→ te-form. Used to connect sentences.
すきだ
→ Used at the end of a sentence.
