＝〜のことは考(かんが)えないで、〜のことは問題(もんだい)にしないで
＝”Putting 〜 aside,””Regardless of 〜,” “In any case,”
Used when you want to say, “Let’s not focus on A; the important thing is B.”
In this sentence, the topic is shoes. The speaker wants to say, “The design doesn’t really matter. What’s important is that they are comfortable.”
That’s why はともかく is the best choice.
Other Choices:
