One condition being true doesn’t 100% guarantee the result.

ピアノが上手に弾ける

= can play the piano well

But that does not automatically mean:

ピアニストになれる

= can become a pianist

Being good at piano is important, but that alone is not enough.

So, というものでもない is the best choice.
