3. once a day, before bedtime.
1日1回(いちにちいっかい)、寝る前(ねるまえ)

4. anytime, when symptoms are severe
いつでも、症状(しょうじょう)がひどいとき

この薬はいつでも、症状がひどいときに飲んでください。
