お金があれば、日本旅行するのに。
お金があったら、日本旅行するのに。
If I had the money, I would travel to Japan.

この2つが同じですか?
Do they mean the same?

はい、ほとんど同じです。
違(ちが)いは、「ば〜のに」のほうが「たら〜のに」より期待(きたい expectation)が少ないです。

お金があれば、日本旅行するのに。
＝今、お金がない。未来(みらい future)にもお金がないと思う。

お金があったら、日本旅行するのに。
＝今、お金がない。未来のことはわからない。

「今も、これからも、私にはお金がないから、日本旅行に行けない」と強く残念(ざんねん regret)に思うときは「ば〜のに」がいいです。

 

 

Yes, almost the same.
Difference; ば〜のに is less expected than たら〜のに.

お金があれば、日本旅行するのに。
＝I have no money right now. I don’t think I will have money in the future either.

お金があったら、日本旅行するのに。
＝I have no money now. I don’t know if I will have money in the future.

You should use ば〜のに if you have a strong feeling of regret that “I cannot travel to Japan because I have no money now or ever.”
