How is 〜たい conjugated?:JLPT grammar

Today, I am going to share a homework correction from my JLPT Course! The student’s sentence is not correct. Can you find the mistake?
[Student’s sentence]
ホラー映画は見たいじゃないです。
I don‘t want to see horror movies.
*ホラーえいがはみたいじゃないです。

ホラー映画は見たいじゃないです。
→ホラー映画は見たくないです。
I don‘t want to see horror movies.
〜たい is conjugated the same way as i-adjectives.
non-past:
見たいです
non-past, negative:
見たくないです
past:
見たかったです
past, negative:
見たくなかったです
e.g.
やさいは食(た)べたくないです。
I don’t want to eat vegetables.
難(むずか)しい本は読(よ)みたくないです。
I don’t want to read difficult books.
日本語(にほんご)は勉強(べんきょう)したくないです。
I don’t want to study Japanese.
