I saw the sentence けしごむがひとつ.
Can I tell けしごむが いっこ?
It’s a small object or am I mistaken?
Or i can use only つ?

Yes, you can use つ, too.

けしごむがひとつ
けしごむがいっこ

Both are correct.

～つ is more versatile than ～こ.
Sometimes ～つ is used for something other than objects.
e.g., incidents, methods, reasons, lessons, chapters, departments, etc.

So it doesn’t matter which one you use, since erasers are solid.
